·        Commitment to Actions – Owners tell the group what ACTION they will take toward improvement

·        Accountability – And the NEXT meeting starts off with a little accountability on commitments from the LAST meeting

·        LIVE Education – Coach Mike will share specific BEST Practice recommendations, for each business owner, based on specifics of THEIR business

This is LIVE, ongoing support, brainstorming and accountability twice a month.  And we have enough NEW material for at least 5 years of mentoring.  And you can get accelerated access to the entire curriculum. ($750 value)

The PLUS is an ActionMembership (the local ActionCOACH community) meeting 8x per year for half a day (LIVE and in person).

This is a little LIKE Vistage, but better, more affordable, and has an option for companies under $500k per year in sales.

What will MasterMind Groups look like?

Coach Mike Cooper will lead TWO MasterMind Plus Groups made up of 12 local business owners.

• Group 1 will be 6 Business Owners with under 500K in sales (2 spots left)
• Group 2 will be 6 Business Owners with over 500K in sales (5 spots left)

MasterMind Plus begins in November 2022 (but is VERY holiday friendly).
